Shipping policy

Special Hardwood Products ships most orders within 24 business hours when placed Monday–Friday by 2:00pm EST. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving an order, unless we notify you otherwise.

Orders are shipped out of the SHP Warehouse in Georgia using UPS or USPS. We offer multiple methods of shipment to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. You can select the desired method of shipment upon checkout. 

Orders that are shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are sent via UPS Air only.

Orders over $49 qualify for free ground shipping.  If you need expedited shipping you can choose an alternative method at checkout. Due to shipping costs for Mop Trolley Kits, and Sample Fan Decks and Mafi Spot Shop and Trouble Shooter Set are not eligible for free shipping.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, unless noted otherwise on the website. In the rare occasion that your order is unable to ship in our usual manner, you will receive a notification via email.

  • Purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of certain items
