Mafi Spot Stop is specially developed to remove grease/fat stains from oil finished wood flooring and other wood surfaces.

Removing Grease Stains with Spot Stop
Products required: Spot Stop®, suitable mafi wood floor soap, hot water, cotton cloth, white polishing pad, hairdryer.
Procedure:
- Heat the grease stain with a hairdryer.
- Spray on mafi Spot Stop® until the spot is completely covered and well saturated.
- Apply hot water and wood floor soap to neutralize.
- Allow the spot to dry or dry with a hairdryer to inspect result.
- Repeat the process if necessary.
- After the stain is satisfactorily removed, polish a large area well with a white hand pad.
- Wait for drying time.
- Repeat the process if necessary.

How can I remove wine stains from wood flooring?
- Clean the affected area with hot water and mafi wood floor soap.
- For tough stains, then use the lightener and once more with water and soap.
- Optionally, treat with mafi care oil balsam after cleaning to add luster and protection
How to remove coffee stains from wood flooring
To remove a coffee stain, the affected area must simply be washed with hot water and the matching color of mafi wood floor soap. The hot water opens the pores of the wood and releases the coffee. The fatty wood floor soap binds the liquid and at the same time cares for the affected areas.
- Using a cotton cloth lightly rub hot water and mafi Wood Floor Soap onto the spot. Continue wiping using gentle pressure in the direction of the planks. Do not scrub and Do not use microfiber cloths, as these can very easily scratch the wood and may cause rough spots with intensive use.
- Leave the spot to soak for approximately one minute.
- Remove excess soap with cotton cloth.
- Allow to dry.
- Apply mafi Care Oil Balsam in direction of the wood planks.
- Re-polish in large areas with white hand pad
- Wait for the drying time.
- Repeat the process if necessary until the stain is removed
Once the floor is completely cleaned, we recommend a light re-treating using the matching mafi care oil balsam. This ensures the surface is additionally protected and blends in the affected area.
