Pine's softwood character and prominent grain make it an expressive canvas for Rubio Monocoat's legacy color palette. The shades were part of the original Oil Plus 2C lineup and will be phased out gradually. They remain available in limited quantities. If you have an existing pine floor, furniture piece, or millwork finished with one of these colors, this page is your resource for finding a match. Because pine is porous and grain-reactive, legacy colors can appear richer or more saturated on pine than on denser hardwoods — making it especially important to order a sample before purchasing full-size product

These 35 legacy colors are being phased out of the Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C line. If you've used one of these colors on a previous project and need to match it, or you've had your eye on a legacy color, now is the time to stock up.
Phase Out Schedule:
- Dec 31, 2024: 6mL and 20mL sizes discontinued
- Dec 31, 2025: 100mL, 130mL, and 3.5L sizes discontinued
- Dec 31, 2026: Remaining 390mL and 1.3L sizes discontinued
